As a solution to face the pollution and climate change that the ecosystem is currently facing, ecological awareness arises.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ecological awareness is to understand that <strong>we depend on nature and therefore we must protect it to ensure its conservation<\/strong>. Otherwise, if we degrade the environment, we will automatically deteriorate our quality of life and self-destruct our future and that of our descendants.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Certainly, <strong>ecological awareness should start within the family<\/strong>. In this case, it is the parents who have the responsibility of instilling in the youngest members of the household respect for the environment. Remember! In this way we can become ecologically aware for the planet and for<strong> improving the quality of life of all living beings that inhabit it<\/strong>.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Keep in mind that environmental awareness does not necessarily have to be divorced from <strong>economic development<\/strong>. In the modern era, there are scientific and technological advances that are relevant to producing clean energy and reducing the level of waste. Try to buy products made near you that are packaged in recyclable materials. This way, in addition to minimizing the energy cost of transport, you will also reduce the level of waste.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you want to <strong>reduce energy<\/strong> consumption, you can use <strong>energy-saving<\/strong> light bulbs and, very importantly, do not leave the appliances switched on. For example, the oven is an appliance that consumes a lot of energy, so when you turn it on, it uses up and cooks several foods.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To <strong>reduce water consumption<\/strong> at home, you can install perlators or aerators on all taps. These great devices will help you save at least 50% water. Also, try turning off the tap while you&#8217;re brushing your teeth.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"2_Reuse\"><\/span>2. In addition, it allows to save a considerable amount of energy that can be used for purposes of greater need.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To recycle at home, I&#8217;m going to give you a list of some items you can start with:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Newsprint, old magazines or sheets of unimportant documents.<\/li>\r\n<li>Plastic packaging, bags, cereal boxes.<\/li>\r\n<li>Food containers such as cans.<\/li>\r\n<li>Cardboard boxes of all sizes.<\/li>\r\n<li>Glass bottles.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Currently, there are even <strong>campaigns from various foundations and NGOs<\/strong>, designed for people to carry recyclable items.
