to take shelter in safe spaces.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cyclones\"><\/span>Cyclones<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Cyclones are <strong>abnormal concentrations of low air pressure clouds<\/strong> with winds converging at high speeds in an anti-clockwise direction.<\/p>\n<p>They cause damage such as: rain, wind, wave and storm tide depression.<\/li>\n<li>Tropical Storm<\/li>\n<li>Hurricane.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These phenomena are predictable and thanks to the Early Warning System the population at risk is informed in a timely manner of the presence of any of these phenomena.<\/p>\n<p>The Early Warning System includes <strong>5 phases that will allow for mass communication<\/strong> to reduce fear in the population, these are<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Warning:<\/strong> this is emitted when it detects the presence of the event.<\/li>\n<li>Warning<strong>:<\/strong> this is emitted when the detected phenomenon may cause damage and the possible trajectory and area of affectation is indicated.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Emergency:<\/strong> it spreads when the phenomenon is approaching, at this moment we take action to evacuate if the authorities consider it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Alarm<\/strong>: it is transmitted when the phenomenon is affecting the communities.
